What is Unmissables?
Unmissables surfaces the signals, innovations, and ideas shaping technology, behavior, and what we build next.
I started Unmissables because the most interesting ideas I’ve encountered were never contained in one field. They emerged from collisions between biology and behavior, technology and trust, what a system was built to do and what people actually did with it. Unmissables is where I follow that curiosity out loud.
Every issue and episode is built around one thing worth not missing — an emerging pattern, an unexpected product decision or outcome, intentional futures we're working towards, a conversation that reframes how you think.
The guests are builders, strategists, and leaders. The writing comes from a practitioner lens: experience strategy, behavior design, product sense, and innovation strategy.

I’m a bioengineer turned CX, product, and innovation strategy executive.
I’ve spent 15 years building products and experiences that change how people behave — in engineering labs, startups, public interest, and agency work with Fortune 500 brands. At the Ad Council I built their first innovation practice and worked with teams to reduce COVID vaccine hesitancy from 75% to under 10%. At Anomaly I lead Connected Experience, designing the systems that connect brand promises to products and experiences people need and use, through experience strategy, behavior design, brand utility, and AI.
I’ve been recognized as an Obama Foundation Leader, one of Campaign US’s Inspiring Women Transforming Technology, and one of the Global Top 100 Women of the Future in emerging tech.
